Three Days Grace has released their lyric video for “Painkiller,” the first single released since Matt Walst (of My Darkest Days) was announced as their new permanent lead singer. Walst - brother of bassist Brad Walst - has been filling in on lead since Adam Gontier's January 2013 departure, but was just recently confirmed as an official member of the band.

That being said, “Painkiller” marks the start of a new era for Three Days Grace, and if the track is any indication, it’s going to be a good one!

As for us, we loved seeing Matt perform with Three Days Grace at last year’s Carolina Rebellion, so we’re stoked to see his future with the band unfold!
